The Würth Online Shop is an electronic catalog and ordering system for our customers that is accessible via the Internet as one of our customer contact point based on the multi-channel strategy. The online shop gives you access to various qualified products, product information, safety data sheets(MSDS) with 24/7 which means order and accessible service is available around the clock, every day of the week
Steps for Purchase
Guidelines/Tips of Order placement*Customer Registration: - For new customers, we first review and register customer information in our internal system, and then login information (customer number, partner number) is sent to the customer's email.
*Salesperson in charge: - All customers are assigned a salesperson in charge, and contact information can be checked at “My Würth” in the upper right corner after logging in.
*Inventory: - If it is out of stock, please do not order and contact us first to confirm the arrival date. Or, if you place an order, it will be shipped after the product is in stock.
*Payment: - After ordering, a transaction statement will be automatically sent to the customer's email and the email of the salesperson in charge.
- As there is currently no separate payment function implemented, please deposit money into the bank account below or contact the salesperson in charge.

*Delivery:
- If the order amount is less than 50,000 won except VAT, a shipping fee will be charged.
- Orders placed before 4pm are normally delivered the next day (working day) via Daeshin courier. (Exception can be occur.)
*Tax Invoice:
- It is usually issued the day after the order is placed to the registered business number and email address. (However, it is issued sequentially from the 10th at the beginning of the month.)
*Return/ Exchange/ Refund:
- In case of a simple change of mind or mistake by the customer, returns are not possible if the invoice date is more than 15 days. If it is less than 15 days, please contact contact the salesperson in charge.
- For quality-related issues, please contact the salesperson in charge.
*Useful Function:
- Simple ordering by adding your frequent items to “Favorites” and “Order templates” function.
- You can quickly order products by scanning the barcode with the app.
*Promotion coupon:
- You can enter one promotional coupon per order in the shopping cart. If you want to use more than one promotional coupon, please place the order separately.
